2. Prices and Tax

 All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT and local taxes unless otherwise stated.We do not make any charge for using the Site.The exact total of your bill will depend on the rate of exchange on the day you pick up and pay for your order. You will be charg

3. Availability

Only items which are in stock will be shown on the Site.Any offers are held on a "while stocks last" basis. If we are unable to supply one item you have ordered , we let you know as soon as possible.

4. Acceptance

There will be no purchase contract between you and us unless and until you actually pay for and collect the items reserved on the Site at our store in Calais. Your reservation is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of your purchase until you actually pay for and collect your order at our stores in Calais on the date of collection. At the moment that you collect the items from our stores on the date of collection (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us, and you will be charged for the products.

5. Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your reservation up to 7 working days before collecting the items by informing us via the Comments page on the Site. Alternatively, you can cancel you reservation by fax or e-mail.If you do not cancel your reservation and fail to collect the items on the requested date of collection without a valid reason, we may refuse to accept further reservations from you.

After the purchasing of your goods, you have the possibility to be refunded if you respect the following schedule:

1- You have to send back the goods 7 days maximum after your purchases.

2- The goods have to be exactly conform to the items you have bought.

3- The customer has to send us a copy of the bill. This is a proof of the purchases, so we have the possibility to check the items we have to refund.

4- We don't refound any return dommaged goods.

5- The refnd will be done within 30 days maximum after reception of the return goods.

6. Delivery Schedule

Please allow minimum 24 hours for us to prepare your order. Orders not collected after a delay of 15 days will be considered cancelled.We don't ship any goods in any country.

7. Payment Details
Pidou SuperStore do not take payment for orders online. You pay when you collect your order in store. We accept Visa,Mastercard,Amex,Maestro,Travellers Cheques (£ or €).
